25 years Freedom Paragliding in Greece

In 2018, Freedom Paragliding celebrates its 25th anniversary in Greece. We are proud of our long history, and our partners in Greece and abroad. Freedom started out in Greece on 25 November 1993, when together with Marianna Angelatou we set out on this journey. All this time, we are driven by our vision to be part of and promote paragliding in Greece.
Looking ahead, Freedom Paragliding combines the know-how of an experienced school with the active partnership with leading companies: Advance, Skywalk & UP. Freedom has managed to respond to the changing market conditions by constantly investing in student and staff training. When checking equipment, we always apply modern technology. All training is provided with quality products in a responsible and friendly manner.
We have managed to respond to the particularly harsh financial challenges in Greece thanks to the hard work and dedication of our partners, both in Greece and abroad, as well as to the trust shown to us by pilots. We are in a position to be optimistic about the future, to try to make ambitious ideas come true and to evolve in the process. We have been around for 25 years and we are planning to be around for another 25 years, offering top-quality services with a deep sense of respect, moral responsibility and dignity.
